I think my best shot in this assignment is the photo for the broad lighting because it is his face is slightly facing away from the center and is edited to make it look better.The weakest shot in this assignment was the photo for loop because the shadow under is not very defined and can be hard to see.I think the loop picture could have been improved if the light was in a different place so the shadow would be more noticeable.I used Photoshop to edit the levels and the hue/saturation of the photos.I was able to meet the goals for this assignment by having people model while I moved the light in different places.It was easy to change the lighting in the photos because I was able to change the position of the light.It was difficult to get pictures with loop lighting because the shadow wasn't showing up clearly. If I could do this assignment again I would use more different colored lights. On a scale from 1-10 I would rate my effort a 9.5 on this project because I changed the lightin...

Color Sampling: Reflection Questions

I think the best shot in this assignment was the picture of the girl looking down with the levels adjusted because the color popped and it was very clear.The photo of her looking down in black and white was the weakest because the color on her face was not noticeable. It could have been improved if the color of paint was darker because if would be easier to tell where it is on her face. On Photoshop I edited the levels, hue/saturation for the 2 different pictures. I put them in black and white and added the tint for another version of the photos. I also used the paint brush to cut through the black and white picture to make the colors pop. I was able to meet the goal for this assignment by following the directions on how to edit the photos and what different versions were needed.It was easy to edit these pictures because I was familiar with most of the steps.It was difficult to do the color sample photo version because I didn't use the cut out tool before.
